Life is full of challenges. We face challenges on daily basis during our search to find or keep a job, in our pursue to find love, friendship and happiness.
Throughout these challenges, we struggle to create the adventurous, find the sense of purpose and establish a meaningful life.
We all seek the definition of the magical word “Happiness”. However, none of us is able to define its appropriate meaning for it has a different interpretation for every individual. It might mean finding a fulfilling relationship for one person, or having a well-paid job for another, or maybe recovering from a long-term trauma for someone else.
All these struggles might stir feelings and emotions inside us that we are clueless on handling. We try to analyze them ourselves, oppress and push through them as much as we could. Depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, grief and losses all fog the mind and life and make understanding ourselves or the others quite difficult, tire the body and strip away any passion. We end up feeling alone, hopeless and afraid, not knowing what our next steps will be
