Every one of us has unique experiences that impact us in different ways. Sometimes the impact can hold us back from engaging in things we love or feeling fulfilled in life. Seeking therapy is an empowering choice you are making to address the impacts of your life experiences and start your journey towards healing. I strive to make therapy a place you feel safe to explore your experiences in a way that allows for healing and clarity. I want to help you feel empowered to work through challenges and stuck points and I will provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space for you to do so.
We will work together to identify your needs and goals and use proven therapy methods to work towards them. The primary methods I use are Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness and experiential therapy. I also use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment Theory, and have been trained in the Gottman Method for couples therapy.
I specialize in supporting people facing trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, addiction recovery, and grief. I have experience with children, adolescents, adults, and couples.
